Review: Purpose. Practice in today's health care center is recommended for patients with back pain and many researchers agree that the issue of the proposed stabilization exercise training in chronic pain conditions Mackenzie workouts with acute conditions, back pain the most appropriate option be. within the influence of the electric current applied to the treatment of back pain, however, is little short of ideas around, there is no effective way to control and treat patients, is known. within the scope of the potential of the of-action (APS), which has recently been developed, has attracted the attention of many researchers. Methods: In this clinical trial study, 24 patients with chronic low back pain in young girls randomly selected two groups of athletes with and without the APS were used. Every two to four weeks (14 sessions)and rising from a chair or getting up from a chair and walking tests - were collected. It is meant to improve the static balance test time increases static balance and dynamic test time reduction is meant to improve dynamic balance. In order to investigate the lack of difference between the two groups in each of the indicators, as well as the impacts of the training period. Results: The static and dynamic balance tests in both groups significantly increased in both groups, but this difference is not significant. Conclusions: The findings of this study, selective training exercise with and without the use of APS in both static and dynamic balance were improved, while the two groups were not superior.
