We measured dynamic balance control by star excursion balance test (SEBT). For produce fatigue in neck muscles, subject repeated to elevate her shoulders (until Borg scale=15) while hold a dumbbell with 30% of her 1RM. We used ANOVA and Tukey for data analysis (P≤0.05). The results showed a significant different between balance of 4 groups after the neck muscle fatigue in difficult directions (P꞊0/0001, F=12/51,) and easy directions (P꞊0/0001, F=10/13)and the reach distances decreased after the fatigue protocol in experimental groups. Therefore we suggest to coaches that note for increase the neck muscles endurance. }, URL = {http://ptj.uswr.ac.ir/article-1-108-en.html}, eprint = {http://ptj.uswr.ac.ir/article-1-108-en.PDF}, journal = {Physical Treatments - Specific Physical Therapy}, doi = {}, year = {2013} }
